Bespoke black matt wardrobe with a yellow interior.
JS DECO designed and manufactured this fitted wardrobe in 18 mm Egger MFC. The black fronts conceal a yellow interior with hanging space and drawer packs, while an open display niche brings the same colour into the bedroom.
The layout combines full-height storage, upper cupboards and a separate stack of drawers. Small dark knobs complete the fronts, and an internal door mirror adds another practical feature.

A contrasting interior with organised storage.
Opening the black doors reveals yellow hanging compartments and internal drawer packs. The landscape photograph shows how the drawers sit below the hanging rails, bringing two different types of storage into the same cabinet.
The brief called for an internal arrangement tailored to the customer’s storage requirements. Dedicated hanging sections, soft-close drawers and adjustable shelving were included in the design, rather than selecting a fixed internal layout.
For a similar wardrobe, the balance between hanging and drawers should follow what needs to be stored. Internal drawers also need to be considered alongside the opening doors so they can be reached and pulled out comfortably. Open display, accessible drawers and a concealed mirror.
A yellow open niche interrupts the black front elevation above a stack of external drawers. This leaves a place for displayed items while the neighbouring wardrobe compartments keep clothes behind closed doors.
The two drawer arrangements serve different access needs: some sit inside the hanging compartments, while the external stack can be reached without opening a wardrobe door. The photographs also show a mirror on the inside of a hinged door, leaving the closed front black.
Small dark knobs are visible on the doors and external drawers. Together with the horizontal division below the upper cupboards, they give the tall elevation a clear structure. This is a handled wardrobe, with concealed soft-close hinges and soft-close drawer operation specified for the project.

The wardrobe construction uses 18 mm Egger MFC: melamine-faced chipboard with a factory-applied decorative surface. The black exterior has a visible grain texture, while yellow creates a contrasting finish inside the wardrobe and within the display niche.
JS DECO prepared the components in the workshop using CNC machining. The cabinet dimensions and internal arrangement were developed for this room, with attention to edge finishing, door alignment and consistent panel gaps.
The full-height composition includes upper cupboards rather than leaving the main doors to carry the entire elevation. For another room, the position of those divisions should be considered alongside storage access and the overall appearance.
