The incorporation of natural oak decor throughout the space not only enriches the overall texture but also infuses the kitchen with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The design is thoughtfully completed with subtly rounded corners, which add a gentle softness to the kitchen’s appearance. Usability and ergonomy at the kitchen with extension.
This medium-sized L-shaped kitchen has been transformed into a pinnacle of functionality, tailored to meet the demands of a busy culinary environment. Our design incorporates numerous practical solutions, strategically placed at key points throughout the kitchen to enhance efficiency and ease of use. A key feature is the inclusion of multiple soft-close drawers, designed to provide smooth and quiet access to kitchen essentials.
To further maximize the space, two 150mm wide cargo baskets have been thoughtfully positioned adjacent to the cooker. These baskets are ideal for storing a variety of cooking ingredients, keeping them within easy reach while maintaining an organized and clutter-free space. An additional 150mm wide cargo basket, conveniently located beside the sink, serves as an ingenious storage solution for cleaning products, detergents, and even includes a handy towel hanger.
The thoughtful placement of all appliances adheres to the principles of the working triangle, ensuring that they are within a short distance of each other. This layout optimizes both comfort and efficiency, allowing for seamless movement between the cooker, sink, and refrigerator. This design approach not only enhances the overall functionality of the kitchen but also creates an enjoyable and efficient cooking experience.

This kitchen boasts a generously sized island, thoughtfully designed to cater to the needs of the modern kitchen user. The island offers ample workspace, making it ideal for food preparation, cooking, and socializing. Integral to its design are convenient electrical connections, seamlessly integrated to provide power where it’s needed most without disrupting the island’s sleek aesthetic.
In addition to its practical workspace, the island is equipped with additional elements to elevate both comfort and functionality. A sophisticated wine cooler is incorporated, perfect for wine enthusiasts looking to store their collection at the optimal temperature. For added convenience, a push-to-open telescopic socket is included, complete with a USB charger, ensuring that devices can be easily charged while keeping the space tidy and cord-free.
From the perspective of the adjoining living room, the island transforms into a versatile piece of furniture. It serves not only as an extension of the kitchen’s workspace but also doubles as a kitchen table or breakfast bar. This dual functionality makes it an ideal spot for casual dining, morning coffee, or simply as a place to gather and socialize. The island’s design and location make it a central feature, bridging the kitchen and living room and enhancing the overall flow and utility of the space.
