We design and manufacture fully bespoke fitted wardrobes, bespoke plywood wardrobes and bedroom furniture in our Yorkshire workshop. Every project is made to measure around your exact room dimensions rather than built from fixed modules or standard carcass systems.
As a specialist wardrobe manufacturer, we plan internal storage first. Hanging zones, drawer stacks, shelving and accessories are configured around real usage. Only then do we design the external form, door layout and proportions. This allows us to reduce wasted voids, oversized fillers and awkward gaps that are common in modular wardrobe systems.
Our bespoke fitted wardrobes are particularly suited to alcoves, sloped ceilings, chimney breasts, uneven walls and full height rooms where precision matters. By manufacturing from scratch, we can adjust heights, depths and internal zoning to suit both the architecture and the way the space will be used.
If you are looking specifically for kitchens, you can explore our dedicated ranges here: Plywood core kitchens and FENIX laminate kitchens.

Why fully bespoke wardrobes outperform standard systems
Better proportions, less wasted space, stronger construction and cleaner detailing

Made to room constraints
Alcoves, sloped ceilings and uneven walls are normal. We build wardrobes around the real room so the storage remains practical and the finish looks intentional.
Internal zoning planned first
Hanging zones, drawer stacks, shelves and accessories are planned around use, then the external form is built around that layout.
Strong structure and alignment
Stable carcass materials and accurate assembly improve long term alignment. Doors remain consistent and internals stay square over time.
Better proportions and less waste
Bespoke sizing reduces dead voids and oversized filler zones. You gain usable volume without making the room feel crowded.
Finishes, materials and configuration options
Plywood, veneers, painted systems and durable laminates depending on the design direction
Natural wood and veneers

Warm, premium look. Ideal for bedrooms where natural texture matters. Veneers can be matched with other interior elements for a consistent scheme.
Painted wardrobes

A clean, timeless choice. Paint systems allow flexible colour matching. We can advise on durability and care based on the room and usage level.
Durable laminates

Practical for high use spaces. Easy maintenance and consistent appearance. Good for internal parts, doors, or complete external finish depending on style.
Typical project budgets and what drives cost
Configuration, finish specification and installation complexity matter more than room size alone
As a reference point, many fitted wardrobe projects start from £7,000 and scale depending on overall size, internal layout, doors, finish, accessories and installation requirements.
Cost drivers usually include door finish, number of drawers, internal accessories, awkward room constraints, and how much scribing and on-site finishing is required.
If you share room measurements and a few photos, we can advise on feasibility and propose a sensible configuration before you commit to a detailed design stage.
How we deliver a fitted wardrobe or bedroom furniture project
Clear stages from consultation to installation

1. Brief and measurements
Together with the customer, we review your room constraints, preferred style and storage requirements. Sketches and basic measurements are enough to start the design direction.

2. Layout and quote
After establishing the budget and deposit payment, we design and visualise an internal configuration with practical zoning and produce a clear specification aligned with budget expectations.

3. Manufacture
After reaching the optimal configuration, proceed with the order. Production is scheduled in our workshop. We cut, assemble and finish components with consistent tolerances.

4. Delivery and installation
Depending on customers prefference. We install with attention to alignment, scribing and finishing details. Supply only is also possible for selected projects.
Frequently asked questions
Straight answers to the questions we hear most often
What materials do you typically use
We select materials based on the project, but stable sheet materials and reliable hardware are the baseline. Visible surfaces can be veneered, painted or finished with durable laminates depending on the style and maintenance expectations.
Can you include internal accessories
Yes. We can include drawers, pull out shelving, laundry zoning, rails, integrated lighting preparation and other accessories depending on the design and budget.
Where are you based and do you cover the UK
Our workshop is in Wakefield, West Yorkshire. We work across the UK depending on scope and scheduling.
What do you need from us to quote accurately
Basic room measurements and a few photos are enough to start. For final manufacture we use confirmed dimensions so the finished product fits correctly.
Can you match wardrobes to existing skirting, cornice and room details
Yes. We commonly integrate wardrobes with existing room elements. We can advise on the best method depending on the condition and geometry of the room.
Can you build wardrobes for sloped ceilings, alcoves and chimney breasts
Yes. We design around real constraints such as sloped ceilings, alcoves, chimney breasts and uneven walls. The wardrobe is sized and split to keep it usable, not just to fill the room.
How long does a fitted wardrobe project usually take
Lead times depend on our production queue and the complexity of your specification. In many cases the process takes between 2 and 6 months from design confirmation to delivery or installation.
Do you offer supply only as well as installation
Yes. Many clients choose a full service option, but supply only is possible for selected projects if you have your own installer.
