Dedicated Kitchen Design, Built Around Real Manufacture

Design That Exists to Be Built

At JS DECO, kitchen design is not a separate or decorative service. It is an integral part of how we create bespoke kitchens that work technically, functionally, and visually.

Our design process connects lifestyle, space planning, materials, and manufacturing into one coherent system. Every design we produce is intended to move seamlessly into production, without reinterpretation or compromise.

A design process that exists to be built, not just visualised

We do not treat kitchen design as a speculative exercise or a collection of inspirational visuals. Our role is to resolve real questions before manufacture begins.

Every project is approached with a clear understanding of:

• how the kitchen will be used day to day

• how materials behave over time • how cabinetry is constructed and assembled

• how tolerances, junctions, and grain direction affect the final result

This approach allows us to design kitchens that feel resolved not only on screen, but in real life.

Professional Design Systems, Not Generic Visuals

Our design process is supported by professional software and manufacturing workflows used in high‑level bespoke production.

We primarily work with:

Woodlab – for precise cabinetry design, construction logic, and CNC‑ready outputs

KDMAX 6 – for detailed 3D modelling, spatial planning, and realistic visualisation

These tools allow us to:

• design cabinetry to exact millimetre tolerances

• coordinate carcass construction, doors, and internal fittings

• validate layouts before production begins

• ensure what is designed can be manufactured efficiently and accurately

Design decisions are therefore based on feasibility and longevity, not appearance alone.

What Our Kitchen Design Process Delivers

Our design work provides clarity and confidence long before production starts.

You can expect:

• an optimised kitchen layout tailored to your space and how it will be used

• fully bespoke cabinetry design, not fixed modules

• material and finish guidance aligned with budget and durability expectations

• integrated appliance planning and service clearances

• realistic 3D visuals to support confident decision‑making

• a design that transitions directly into manufacture without redesign

This structured process reduces uncertainty, revisions, and late‑stage compromises.

Designed by the Same Team That Builds Your Kitchen

Because design and manufacture sit within the same studio, there is no handover gap.

The people designing your kitchen understand:

• CNC machining constraints and efficiencies

• edge treatments and junction detailing

• hardware tolerances and installation realities

• material yield, grain direction, and consistency

This integrated workflow results in:

• fewer compromises during production

• cleaner, more consistent detailing

• predictable lead times

Design as a Standalone Service

In some cases, clients approach us specifically for design input before committing to manufacture.

We are happy to support this where appropriate. However, our design process is primarily intended to support kitchens that we manufacture, as this allows us to deliver the highest level of control and consistency.

Where a project proceeds to full manufacture with JS DECO, the design phase is treated as part of the overall project and credited accordingly.

Explore Our Kitchen Ranges

Our design process adapts to different materials, aesthetics, and technical requirements.

Bespoke Plywood Kitchens

FENIX NTM Kitchens

Each range is designed using the same structured process, tailored to the specific material and construction logic.

Start With a Conversation

If you are considering a bespoke kitchen and would like to explore whether our approach is the right fit, we are happy to discuss your project.

Initial conversations focus on understanding the space, priorities, and expectations, not selling predefined solutions.
